The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was incredibly helpful, particularly some of them. the hotel's location was central, right in the heart of the city. it was just a short stroll to Costa Rica and Monteverde restaurants.

The hotel staff was amicable and very kind. My double room had all the facilities I needed, such as a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area. the breakfast had a huge variety of toast and pancakes. I had a great time at Alisson Hotel Y Restaurant in Monteverde. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was well-equipped with everything I needed, like a coffee/tea maker and a TV. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of toast and pancakes. It was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is well located, close to the Monteverde Biological Preserve and offers a good price versus quality ratio. the presence of a restaurant/bar on-site, along with other dining options nearby, makes dining convenient. the staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a refreshing fruit juice upon arrival.
The rooms faced a common balcony, leading to potential noise disturbances from other guests. the thin walls allowed a lot of street noise to filter in, making it less suitable for light sleepers.
